Bistro night is over for the season. We will be starting back up sometime in the Spring 2019.

Bistro night is our Thursday night once a week dinner service offering an ever changing seasonal menu. The chef heads to the DS farmers market the day before to think of a delicious menu for the following day.

We shop at the Dripping Springs Farmers Market every Wednesday so we can prepare the most fresh, delicious, local ingredients for Bistro Night.
“Ah, Fabienne!  You have outdone yourself again.  The herb-crusted salmon on Bistro night was delectable.  It was truly melt-in-your-mouth, and I didn’t know salmon could be served like that.  And you prepared the asparagus to perfection.  Divine.  In fact, I died, went to heaven, and came back because the kitchen didn’t compare to yours.”
